Muenster Cheese

Sale price$7.99

Muenster is one of our country's first semi-soft cheeses, and it originated in ancient monastic Alsace, France. It made its way to Wisconsin's no-shortcuts, no-nonsense cheesemakers in the late 1800s. In Europe, muenster is traditionally a soft, creamy white, washed-rind cheese. In Wisconsin, it's a bit firmer, with a bright orange, natural annatto coating. We can't get enough of this earthy, able-bodied cheese. We've tried and it's just not possible.

Made in Wisconsin. Approx. 15.5 oz chunk, cut and sealed for freshness.

Ships cold in an insulated cooler box with ice packs. Keep refrigerated.
