Terms of service
These terms apply to orders placed on northcountrycheese.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect the order is fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.
Prices and products. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but cheese is a natural product and color, texture and weight can vary. Approximate weights are just that.
Shipping and perishable goods. Our products are perishable. We ship cold in insulated boxes on the schedule shown on our Shipping & Freshness page, to street addresses only. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the package is your responsibility, so please refrigerate it right away. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier, weather, a wrong address, or a package left unattended after delivery.
Problems with an order. If something arrives warm, damaged or wrong, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 715-924-6380 or support@northcountrycheese.com with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Because our products are perishable, we don't accept returns. Our full Refund Policy is posted on this site.
Discounts and gift cards. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, and may be limited to one use per customer. Gift cards have no cash value and can't be refunded.
Your account and our site. You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. You agree not to misuse the site, including placing fraudulent orders, scraping content, or interfering with how it works. Everything on this site, including photos and text, belongs to North Country Cheese and may not be reused without permission.
Limit of liability. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes. We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here. Orders are covered by the terms in effect when they were placed.
