Take away some of the aging of Swiss cheese and Emmental and you get younger, milder and higher-moisture Baby Swiss. Baby Swiss is pale yellow with holes. It is a bit on the softer side with a mild and buttery flavor with a slight sweetness. Baby Swiss is best at room temperature, melts really well, and is a good and easy keeper.
Made in Wisconsin. Approx. 14 oz chunk, cut and sealed for freshness.
