When does my first box ship?
Boxes ship Monday to Wednesday, so your first box goes out on the next ship day after you order and arrives in 1 to 2 business days. After that, each box ships on about the same date every month (or every other month).
Will it arrive fresh?
Every box ships in an insulated box with ice packs, and we add plenty of extra ice when it is headed somewhere warm. Put it in the fridge when it lands. If anything is not right, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Is it the same cheese every month?
Yes. Every box has the same four ages, 2, 5, 8 and 10 year, because the point is tasting how the same cheddar changes with time. Most members share it, cook with it, or build a cheese board around it.
How long does it keep?
Aged cheddar keeps for weeks in the fridge. Wrap any opened piece snugly and it will stay good. It also freezes fine for cooking.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes. Enter their shipping address at checkout and add a gift note in the cart. The emails and billing come to you, so you stay in control and can stop whenever you like.
