Raw honey naturally thickens and turns creamy and pale as it sets, which is exactly how it should look. Spread it on warm bread, stir it into oatmeal, or set the jar out next to a sharp cheddar and a knife.
If you prefer it runny, warm the jar in a bowl of hot water for a few minutes.
