When does my first box ship?
Boxes ship Monday to Wednesday, so your first box goes out on the next ship day after you order and arrives in 1 to 2 business days. After that, each box ships on about the same date every month (or every other month).
Will it arrive fresh?
Every box ships in an insulated box with ice packs, and we add plenty of extra ice when it is headed somewhere warm. Put it in the fridge when it lands. If anything is not right, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Do I get the same flavors every month?
No. We pick 6 different flavors for each box and change the mix every month, so you work through all 19 over time. Individual flavors can't be chosen for the box; if you want specific ones, shop them by the check the date on the lid. in Cheese Spreads.
How long do the spreads keep?
Keep them refrigerated and check the date on the lid. Unopened, they keep for weeks; once opened, enjoy within a couple of weeks.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes. Enter their shipping address at checkout and add a gift note in the cart. The emails and billing come to you, so you stay in control and can stop whenever you like.
