Spicy Cheese Board

Ingredients

• North Country Cheese Pepperjack cheese

• North Country Cheese Jalapeno Muenster cheese

• North Country Cheese Blue Marble cheese

• North Country Cheese Gouda cheese

• Wenzel Beef Sticks

• Louie’s Summer Sausage sliced

• Pickled jalapeno pepper slices

• North Country Cheese Cajun Cheese Curds

• Toothpicks

• Stone-ground mustard

• Pretzels (we recommend Dot’s Pretzels)

• Bread and butter pickles

• Smoked almonds

• Spicy pub snack mix

• Pickle relish

Instructions

1. Arrange the pepperjack, muenster, blue cheese, gouda and beef sticks on a serving board.

2. Arrange summer sausage on a serving plate. Thread jalapeno peppers, cheese curds and summer sausage on toothpicks; place on top.

3. Serve with mustard, pretzels, pickles, almonds, snack mix and pickle relish.
