This soft, creamy and always-inviting cheese is a wonderful variation from the Havarti cheese. This is a soft cheese so it slices best when cold. Spray your slicer with non-stick vegetable spray, and place deli paper between each slice so that your slightly moist Dill Havarti slices won’t stick together. Dill Havarti is also a very good melting cheese so it works well for baking.
